RETURNS & EXCHANGES: HOW DO I EXCHANGE A SHIRT OR PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or refunds on sizes as all our products are custom made for the clients. You can only send a product back that may arrive damaged. We also offer refunds for the items that get lost in transit and never arrive at all.

Reshipping Fees: If you are shipping back 1-3 shirts, please include $5 cash or check/money order payable to “Cheapsome”. Add $1 for each additional item. Also include any additional charges for larger sizes as explained above.

Please send the exact amount. If you do not, it will take longer to complete the return process.

You have 30 days to exchange your item.

How do I return a shirt for a refund?
If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 30 days. We do not refund shipping cost and there is a $5 restocking fee per shirt. Items must be unworn and unwashed. The refund will go back onto the original method of payment.

What do I do if I received the wrong shirt / product or my shirt /product is defective?
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at [email protected] and tell us your order number and how we messed up. We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right shirt. We will send you a new shirt and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

SHIPPING:

How much is shipping?
This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we’re shipping to. Our standard US shipping cost is $5 (may vary if product origin is different) unless you order a large amount of weight.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

How do I track my package?
You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the following link: Order Status.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Shipping can take 1-3 weeks in US. and 3-4 weeks for International orders.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?
Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

What type of t-shirts do you print on?
We print on the finest, softest, comfiest tees… American Apparel and Gildan Supply all of our products.

How are your shirts printed?
We use a world class infrastructure for screen printing, DTG printing, and sublimation. The style of printing is determined by the product you purchased. Our primary print style is DTG. Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. This allows high quality and colorful designs.

What is the sizing on your apparel?

I made a mistake on my order (address, size, color etc)… can I change it?
If this happens to you, just email us at [email protected] as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able care of it. However, we can’t make any promises. All of our shirts are printed on demand so we start as quickly as we can after you order and it ships out as soon as it’s finished. If your order has already been shipped, wait for it to arrive and send it back to us at the following address with a note on the correct product needed:
